Keren Montandon, an Arizona Native raised in the Arcadia area, has spent the last several decades in local and international sales, marketing and operations in the U.S. and abroad.  Joining forces with Shawn Bellamak Realty as a licensed Realtor is an exciting and natural transition given her recent years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal with the long-standing Appraisal Firm of Montandon Farley.  Now she is putting her skills to work to help people buy, sell and invest in the Phoenix Metro area.

Jill Wilson is a California native and has lived in Phoenix for over 23 years.  Jill’s first career was in mortgage lending with over 10 years of experience.  After moving to Arizona, Jill discovered a passion for higher education and worked in the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU. She was Assistant Director of an elite program serving the honors undergraduate business students. She also was responsible for training and supervising Academic Advising Staff.  Jill has always had a natural grasp of real estate and recently worked as an Associate Agent with Redfin, Inc. When she met Shawn Bellamak and learned about his shared passion for helping people, she knew Shawn Bellamak Realty would be a perfect fit!
